PALEMBANG – National Scout Organization (NSO) di Asia Pasific Regional (APR) menyelenggarakan kegiatan Youth Leadership Training Course (YLTC) selama kurun waktu 2 tahun 1 kali. Pada tahun 2024 ini digelar pada tanggal 24 sampai dengan 27 Juni 2024 di Dhaka, Bangladesh.
APR YLTC merupakan kegiatan pelatihan kepemimpinan yang diselenggarakan oleh APR Support Center bagi anggota pramuka yang bertujuan untuk membangun kemampuan kerjasama tim yang kuat pada semua level Kepramukaan dari Regional hingga Gugus Depan, serta membantu generasi muda untuk bisa meningkatkan kemampuan pribadi dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Sehingga, diakhir kegiatan ini peserta akan memperoleh kecerdasan, teknik kepemimpinan yang dibutuhkan hingga mengembangkan sikap yang sesuai melalui kegiatan kerjasama dan lingkungan yang aktif bermasyarakat.
Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh perwakilan dari 25 organisasi kepramukaan di Asia-Pasific Regional. YLTC sejatinya merupakan kegiatan pelatihan Pramuka yang serupa dengan Latihan Pengembangan Kepemimpinan (LPK), sehingga yang mengelola penyelenggaraannya adalah Regional Youth Representative (RYR) atau Dewan Kerja Asia-Pasifik.
Gerakan Pramuka diminta untuk mengirimkan delegasinya sebanyak 5 peserta pada kegiatan tersebut yang terdiri dari Dewan Kerja Pramuka Penegak dan Pandega tingkat Nasional (DKN) serta Dewan Kerja Pramuka Penegak dan Pandega tingkat Daerah (DKD).
Yang menjadi perwakilan pada kegiatan APR YLTC 2024 adalah Kak Raihan Muhammad Sujaya (Ketua DKN); Kak Restu Nissa Hafiza (Anggota DKN); Kak Muhammad Bima Andre Rianto (Anggota DKD Sumatera Selatan); Kak Kiki Saepul Anam (Ketua DKD Jawa Barat) dan Kak Buleun Waladah (Anggota DKD Aceh).
DKD Sumatera Selatan diberikan kesempatan untuk yang kedua kalinya menjadi perwakilan pada kegiatan Asia Pasific Regional (APR) Youth Leadership Training Course (YLTC). Pertama pada tahun 2022 yang menjadi perwakilan pada kegiatan APR YLTC yang dilaksanakan di Chonburi, Thailand adalah Kak Dian Fitri Yani, S.Pd sedangkan yang kedua pada tahun 2024, Kak Muhammad Bima Andre Rianto, S.Pd menjadi perwakilan pada kegiatan APR YLTC yang dilaksanakan di Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Delegasi dari Kwarda Sumsel Kak Muhammad Bima Andre Rianto (DKD Sumsel) secara resmi dilepas oleh Wakil Ketua Bidang Binawasa Kwarda Sumsel Kak Dra. Hj. Sumayah, MZ., MM. bertempat di Aula Kwarda Sumsel, Kamis, 20 Juni 2024.
Sedangkan pelepasan delegasi dari Kwartir Nasional Gerakan Pramuka (Indonesia) untuk kegiatan APR Youth Leadership Training Course (YLTC) dilepas secara resmi oleh Ketua Kwartir Nasional (Kwarnas) Gerakan Pramuka Komjen Pol. (Purn.) Drs. Budi Waseso bertempat di Aula Puspitasari, Taman Rekreasi Wiladatika Cibubur, Jakarta, Sabtu, 22 Juni 2024.
Peserta diharapkan mampu berperan aktif dalam diskusi tentang peran pemuda atau kepramukaan dalam kepemimpinan, mengenali elemen-elemen penting untuk menjadi seorang pemimpin dalam Kepramukaan dan komunitas mereka, mengembangkan dan memperluas jaringan Kepramukaan mereka di Wilayah Asia-Pasifik.
