PALEMBANG – Kwartir Daerah Gerakan Pramuka Sumatera Selatan diwakili oleh Wakil Ketua Kwarda Sumsel Bidang Bela Negara Kak Drs. H. Rusli Nawi, SSDP., M.Si didampingi oleh anggota DKD Sumatera Selatan Kak M. Fajri Hidayah dan Kak Yenny Erviana menghadiri undangan Rapat Koordinasi Lintas Sektoral dan Apel Gelar Pasukan OPS Ketupat Musi 2024 Polda Sumsel bertempat di Ruang Rapat dan Halaman Griya Agung Palembang, Rabu sore (03/04/2024).
Rapat Koordinasi Lintas Sektoral dipimpin langsung oleh Kapolda Sumsel Irjen Pol A. Rachmad Wibowo membahas persiapan Operasi Ketupat Musi 2024. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menyamakan langkah serta meningkatkan koordinasi antarinstansi guna memastikan kelancaran dan keamanan arus mudik dan balik menjelang Hari Raya Idul Fitri. Termasuk strategi pengamanan, penempatan pos pengamanan dan pelayanan, antisipasi terhadap kemungkinan bencana alam, serta koordinasi dengan pihak terkait lainnya seperti otoritas transportasi dan pemerintah daerah.
Usai memimpin rapat koordinasi lintas sektoral pengamanan lebaran, Kapolda Sumsel Irjen A Rachmad Wibowo memimpin apel gelar pasukan personel pengamanan operasi Ketupat Musi 2024. Hadir peserta utusan Kwarda Sumsel sebanyak 25 orang Pramuka Penegak pada apel gelar pasukan ini.
Apel gelar pasukan ini merupakan bentuk pengecekan akhir kesiapan pelaksanaan Operasi Ketupat 2024 sebagai komitmen nyata sinergisitas TNI-Polri dengan stakeholder terkait dalam rangka pengamanan mudik dan perayaan hari raya Idul Fitri 1445. Berdasarkan survei Indikator, kepuasan masyarakat atas penyelenggaraan dan penanganan arus mudik tahun 2023 mencapai 89,5% atau meningkat 15,7% dibanding tahun 2022.
Hal ini merupakan wujud apresiasi masyarakat atas kerja keras kita bersama yang harus pertahankan dan ditingkatkan dalam pengamanan arus mudik dan balik tahun ini. Sebagaimana kita ketahui bersama, berdasarkan survei Kemenhub RI tahun 2024 diperkirakan terdapat potensi pergerakan masyarakat sebesar 193,6 juta orang atau meningkat 56,4% dibandingkan tahun 2023.
Berkaitan hal tersebut, Presiden Joko Widodo menekankan bahwa ”Mudik tahun ini adalah mudik yang akan sangat besar sekali, kenaikannya 56 persen dibanding tahun yang lalu. Total yang akan mudik 190 juta pemudik tahun ini kurang lebih, ini dari survei. Oleh sebab itu, Polri mengimbau, mengajak masyarakat untuk mudik lebih awal.”
Peserta apel gelar pasukan, hadirin, dan tamu undangan yang berbahagia, Sebelum mengakhiri amanat ini, tentunya saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih dan apresiasi setinggi-tingginya kepada seluruh personel pengamanan yang terdiri dari unsur TNI-Polri, Kementerian terkait, BNPB, BMKG, Basarnas, Pertamina, Jasa Raharja, Jasa Marga, Satpol PP, Dinas Perhubungan, Dinas Kesehatan, Gerakan Pramuka dan Mitra Kamtibmas lainnya yang telah berpartisipasi dalam mendukung Operasi Ketupat 2024.
Sinergisitas seluruh stakeholder terkait merupakan kunci utama untuk mengulangi keberhasilan pengamanan Hari Raya Idul Fitri tahun lalu. Sebagai penutup, atas nama Kepala Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia, saya mengucapkan “Selamat menunaikan ibadah puasa Ramadhan dan Selamat merayakan Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1445 H” kepada seluruh umat Islam yang merayakan. Semoga kita mampu mendapatkan ampunan dan menyambut hari kemenangan dengan hati yang suci.
